OAKLAND COUNTY, MI – A Michigan man was shot and killed by deputies after he fatally shot his father-in-law and wounded his mother-in-law and wife. According to Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard, the incident occurred at a condominium in the 400 block of Delmar Court near South Milford Road at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday. The gunman, a 42-year-old resident of Dearborn Heights, began shooting at will after he smashed through a sliding door. He shot and killed his 69-year-old father in-law, a former Marine who died trying to protect his daughter, deputies said.
